Halloween Week

Unfortunately due to the Coronavirus pandemic we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel our Annual Bernardo Karate Halloween parties.  We do however have a safer alternative to celebrate Halloween this year.  During the week of October 26th to the 31st students can wear costumes to any karate class just like we did during our summer theme weeks.  Instructors will vote on all the different costumes throughout the week and we will announce the winners on the Monday after Halloween.  Please no glitter or sparkles on costumes as it is very difficult to clean our mats in the dojo.  Halloween goodie bags will be safely prepared with disposable vinyl gloves and a sealed ziplock bag will be provided for each student that wants one.  Please note:  our regular belt gradings take place this week so there will be no karate classes on Wednesday, October 28th at our Dearness Studio and no karate classes on Thursday, October 29th at our Oxford Studio.  Full gi’s (karate uniforms) need to be worn at the Gradings.
