Cardio Kickboxing Sign-up
For our OXFORD Studio location only

To sign up, all you need to do is choose a date and enter your name and email address.  It's that simple.  If there are spots available, you can register right up until 1 hour before the class time starts.

 

Scheduling notes:

  • Our 10 am and 12 pm cardio classes are 1 hour in length and all of our other classes on the schedule are 45 minutes.
  • Attendance will be tracked.  Please delete your reservation no less than 60 minutes before the start of class so your slot can be made available to other members.  More than 2 booked/missed sessions will limit your ability to register for specific class times.
  • We will make one week at a time available for bookings.  Check back on Sundays to book for the following week's class schedule.
  • We have Open gym time on:
    1. Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's from 1:30-3:30 pm
    2. Tuesday's and Thursday's from 1:30-4:00 pm
    3. Open Gym time is for our experienced members who can come and use our heavy bags and train rounds on their own.  You must call to reserve your time spot at 519-659-2504.  Space is limited.  No face masks (PPE) will be allowed to be worn during Open Gym time.  For more details on our Open gym please call our Oxford location.

 

Important:

  • Please review all safety protocols listed on our website.
  • Remember to come in your workout clothes. Change rooms/showers are closed. Washrooms are open. No gym bags permitted.
  • Due to sanitation issues our water fountain will be closed; we recommend all members bring water with them.
  • Class sizes are limited so that each student can maintain social distancing of 6 feet.
  • In order to maintain social distancing in the lobby we ask students to arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled class.
  • Students are encouraged to wear a face mask in the lobby area. Students may wear the mask during class if they wish.
    (Instructors will monitor exertion levels as masks restrict oxygen intake)
